Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking type, preparation status, partner assignment, product dispatch, and time remaining before the scheduled service.

Once a pandit, samagri, prasadam, or delivery partner has been assigned or preparation has started, deductions may apply. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method or another supported method.
